The Curiosity !

 The Curiosity

"Why the lid rose on the kettle? 'Watt' was the matter,
Rolling came the steam engine, and wheels still clatter.

Birds asked, 'Come and fly, you will like the flight,'
Wings surged in reply, and the 'Wrights' made it right.

And an apple fell to the ground, gravity was found,
'Newton' pulled at the threads, where mysteries were crowned.

A thought ignited, bending light, time was no longer straight,
'Einstein' explored the cosmos, unlocking the universe’s gate.

We draw from nature, curiosity lighting our way,
May its spark forever stay, revealing truth each day."

In this poem "The Curiosity," I tried to show how curiosity has always been the driving force behind the most important discoveries and inventions. I quoted some of the greatest minds in history to help tell the story of how curiosity changed the world.

In the first stanza, my poem talks about James Watt. He noticed something simple—how the lid of a kettle rises because of steam. That observation made him wonder, "What if we could use steam to make machines move?" And that's how the steam engine was invented, which played a huge part in revolutionizing transportation. Still the spirit of innovation drives forward, as engines of every kind continue to roll.

In the next stanza, I mention the Wright brothers. The birds asked humanity, "Why not come and fly?" Initially many attempts were made and then the Wright brothers heard that call and answered it correctly learning from several failures. They were curious about flight and figured out how to make the first airplane, making human flight a reality.

Then, I go on to talk about Sir Isaac Newton and how a thought inspired him discover the gravity when he observed an apple fell from a tree. He was curious about why things fall down, and that curiosity led him to figure out the laws of gravity, which changed the way we understand the world.

Next, I bring up Albert Einstein. His curiosity led him to think about light and time in a whole new way. He realized that time doesn’t always work the same for everyone, and light bends around massive objects. This led to his Theory of Relativity, which completely changed the way we look at space and time. He also improved and refined the earlier understanding of gravity.

In the final lines, I want to remind everyone that curiosity is like a flame that guides us. I say we should never let that flame go out. By staying curious and asking questions, we keep discovering more truths about the world and ourselves.

So, in this poem, I'm trying to tell people that curiosity is powerful. It has helped humans make amazing inventions and discoveries in the past, innovations in present and if we continue to be curious, we can keep learning and growing. Curiosity is the key to unlocking the mysteries of the world.
